Where do I go if I have a problem with or questions about my purchase?

Can I cancel my order?

At PWR, we strive to ship orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel or adjust your order. Email us at info@ridepwr.com or call us at 888-PWR-2453.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes. All PWR products are sold with a warranty. The length and benefits of that warranty are determined by the type of product. Please refer to our warranty page here for details.

Do PWR products come pre-assembled?

Most PWR products come near ready to use out of the box. Items like ebikes, escooters, propulsion fins, and trailers will require some finishing assembly before use, but this can be done at home with included tools or basic home tools.

Do you sell replacement batteries?

PWR sells replacement batteries for the PWR branded epowered products we sell. Replacement batteries and chargers can be found here.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We partner with Affirm which provides financing options for any PWR product. You can prequalify for Affirm here.

I’ve heard e-bike batteries are bad for the environment. Can I recycle mine?

Yes. We’ve partnered with Call2Recycle to make it easy to recycle your retired batteries and protect the outdoors. Learn more about Call2Recycle here.

Do you have an ambassador program?

Shipping & Returns


Where do you ship to?

At this time PWR ships to the lower 48 United States.

What shipping methods are available?

PWR offers ground and express shipping options. You can view and select your preferred shipping option during checkout.

How can I track my shipment?

After you place your order we will send you an order confirmation. After the order ships we will email you tracking information so you know when to expect your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock items usually ship the next business day after your order is placed. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after the order was placed, if not sooner.  

What is your return policy? How do I send my product back to you? When can I expect my refund?

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. 

How much does return shipping cost?

Return shipping is free. After you initiate a return we will send you a return shipping label free of charge.Can I return my product for a refund?

For all products purchased at PWR we extend a 60 day return policy. If any products have not performed to your expectations within the 60 days from when you receive the item please request a return on our returns page.
