Return Policy

Here at PWR, we want you to love your new e-powered products and accessories. That’s why we allow returns up to 60 days after you receive the item. Bottom line, no strings attached. It’s just that easy.

It takes time to try new items and make sure they fit your body, your style, and your needs when you’re in the field. If for some reason it’s just not working out, contact us at info@ridepwr.com or submit a return request, and we’ll initiate your return.

Refund Policy

PWR issues a refund to your original payment method as soon as we receive and process your return. This may take up to 3 business days after the item physically arrives at our warehouse. There may be additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to debit the amount back to your account. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please email us at info@ridepwr.com or submit a refund request.

Warranty Policy

The PWR warranty outlined below covers damage and defects resulting from manufacturing workmanship and material defects within the time periods listed below. This warranty does not cover against resulting damage or failure due to normal wear and tear, nor does it cover against resulting damage or failure due to misuse or material manipulation. Bike and Scooter frames and components
  • Bike and scooter frames are covered for a period of 3 years from the date you receive the item.
  • All other parts, components, and e-system components are covered for a period of 1 year from the date you receive the item.
Watersport Power Fins
  • All parts and components are covered for a period of 2 years from the date you receive the item.
PWR Branded Parts and Accessories
  • All PWR branded parts and accessories are covered for a period of 1 year from the date you receive the item.
Non-PWR Branded Parts and Accessories
  • All non-PWR branded parts and accessories are covered for a period of 1 year from the date you receive the item or subject to the brand’s warranty, whichever warranty period is longer.
